Shipping

After payment, the order stays with us for proof review. When a supplier is approved for that order, they print and ship the box to the address you entered in Stripe Checkout. That address is where the invitations are delivered. It is separate from the return address and the guest addresses printed on the envelopes.

The shipping amount on your order is the amount we had on file for that quantity when you paid. We do not promise a delivery date until that supplier and freight quote are attached to the order.

There is no free-shipping threshold and no in-store pickup. If the supplier cannot fulfill the exact invitation you confirmed, we will say so and refund through Stripe rather than substitute a different product.
